If you google this phone number, you can see that there are at least a dozen "owner" or "manager" names associated with this number. When you respond to their posts on Zillow or Yahoo homes, they will tell you they have decided not to sell the house and are looking for someone to care for it because they moved. They will ask you to wire the deposit money and send you the key. DON'T DO IT!

I recently came across a listing on Zillow too for a home in Fremont, CA. After a couple emails back and forth me and my girlfriend started to get really excited for this rental. However the "owner" failed to answer any of my specific questions and never addressed me by name. I felt something was fishy and I googled his contact number. I came across this post and thankfully hadnt wired any money to them. This is sick and disgusting and were are completely shocked by all this. I hope someone else doesnt fall prey to this scam.

Experienced the same thing as the previous posts. This number calls me at 3am!!! Ugh! I regret ever contacting this person. Now I have to block this number from ever calling me again. Bummed about the rental because it was actually perfect. Sigh.

i saw a listing on trulia and inquired about it. This number called and he happened to be the owner. he sent his financial auditor to my present home address to deliver the keys to me and i paid him the rent there too. This is no SCAM, IT'S REAL. You only need to trust and be trusted
