This caller says they have unbooked rooms on cruises that they want to give away for free. First time they called, I said I did not have a few minutes to talk and they hung up on me. Second time they called, I hung up on them.

They are just people trying to offer online college courses. Pretty rude if you ask me.  I had to tell them no several times.  And I didn't even get a have a nice day.  Just cut me off.

"Pretty rude if you ask me."  Well considering they didn't scam any money out of you, I can see that reaction.  They are violating the law by calling DNC listed phone numbers.  But then there are no "online courses".  Or the courses will be at a non existent university.
