I received this same thing.  This gentleman claimed his name was James.  He has called me the last 3 days at my workplace.  I was told the same thing; that there were some sort of "papers" being filed against me.

I done some more research.  The gentlemen that were calling me slipped up and gave the name of a company to which I supposedly owed money.  I found this company and they have no record of me ever being a client.  And they have been in business since 2003!!!!!  THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!! DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING!!!!!!

This is a scam do not talk to them just hang up on them.
Or ask for thier Fed TAX ID#  which they don't have.  Each company in business has one. They are very demanding that you send them money for something they say you owe.  But they will not sent you the information on what ever it is they say they have.  IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!  Don't give them any thing at all
