CallerID says "Harrietta Kelley".  When I returned the call, she said she was calling on behalf of AmVets, but "I hung up as soon as I heard your voicemail say you're on the 'Do Not Call' list."  Yes, that's right, DNC is now officially a joke.  NOBODY bothers to check it any more; they just cold-call willy-nillly any ol' time.  Gr-r-r...
