Supposedly a company that only goes by BAA supposedly representing a pay day loan company

The person who called left a message was looking for someone I know, who do does live or OWN this number.  When I reached out to tell them the person does not live at this number he got an attitude with me and said that the person gave my number as a contact number.  And hung up on me. if they call  MY number again I will sue him for harassment.  I don't care if Jesus himself gave him my number it does not give him the right to call me. And leave messages on my phone.  Warning I will not play games with him or no one else.

They called saying they were the summons and processing group. And that I had forfeit my right to settle this debt outside of court. And then they said they needed to confirm my job & home address so that they can serve me with papers. They threatened to call me HR dept as well. And the they crossed themselves by saying that company is still willing to work out payments. DUMB, DUMB, DUMB!

If they do represent a company they would have your information not calling you to confirm nothing..

My friend said this person was looking for me. Yes, I had a pay-day-loan but I took care of it and I have proof. If this person keeps calling my friend is a lawyer and will file a suite against them
