On April 14, 2017, I received a call at 1:22 PM with the Caller ID showing:  "301-429-9642 Maryland".  I don't know anyone with that number so I picked up and heard nothing but silence on the line.  I answered with:  "If you are a telemarketer, I am a pissed off Klingon!"  More silence so I added:  "And I am sharpening my b'athleth to use on YOU!"  They hung up without saying a word!
