The Caller ID popped up with:  "301-429-7782 MD ST GOVT" at 10:50 this morning and I immediately KNEW this was a SPOOFED NUMBER!!  I responded with:  "Maryland State Government?" and the telemarketer started spewing that they were calling on behalf of some dude that I do NOT know regarding "final expenses"!  IMMEDIATE HANG UP!
