Call came in at 12:40 PM with Caller ID showing:  "301-429-5597 Maryland".  Even though the "301-429-" exchange is in my geographic area, I figured it was ANOTHER telemarketer!  I answered with:  "If you are a telemarketer, you know where to go!"  After several seconds of total silence, they hung up without saying a word!
