Recieved phone call at 8:56a this morning as robo message stating second attempt to call magastraite or grand jury. caller id came up as upper marlbo md

This is the message received  at the same time two straight days :"For a federal criminal offense. This is the final attempt to reach you to resolve this issue immediately and to speak to a Federal agent call us at 301-358-0948. I repeat 301-358-0948

Left a threatening robo call message saying that this was a second warning that would be considered a failure to appear in front of a grand jury, magistrate, or judge for a federal crime or offense.  Instructed to call back in order to reach "a federal agent". Call  # back - ask for agent identification - "officer Eric" - ask me if I have criminal attorney and if I am paying taxes.... scam !!!

Caller ID read Upper Marlboro MD.

Threatening call from this number via robocall. Can we not block this nonsense? I am on the federal do not call list.

Robocall claiming to be from the Us Treasury, threatened as a second and final attempt to contact failure to respond would be considered a felony. Shame you can't really do anything about these scams and they are too successful against the elderly.
