unknown number 301-336-7401 fraud?

Weird...I just got a call on my cell phone.  I didn't answer it because the number did not look familiar, so I called it back and the message said "the Potomac river company" Why are we all getting this call today? 8/26/08 and where in the hell did they get our cell phone numbers?? Is anyone with verizon wireless??

8/26/08 I let it go to voicemail and the recording said something like "press 2 for a better place to stay, even though it's a little more expensive and further away from the excitement and activities.  This message will be repeated."  I listened for an extra 30 seconds or but it did not repeat.  I did not recognize this number.  I'm visiting D.C. and nobody here should have my cell number.  I have Verizon.  Weird, someone else said they got a message tonight.
