Received call on my cell phone.  Did not answer and did not receive vm.

Caller ID had: 301-329-0899 Clarksville, MD on it. I picked up the phone but didn't say anything. A recording came on that said "Hi, this is Jason from American Solar. (Pause, quite) . . . are you there?" I am on the Do Not Call list and I get 4 - 5 calls a day from telemarketers and scammers. They make me sick. Who in his or her right mind would give business to someone who calls you over the phone? Push our President to shut these scammers down. He wants to create new jobs. He can hire people to hunt them down, put them in jail and then torture them with ringing phones and fast busy signals for the rest of their paltry lives.
