Every time I've gotten a call from 301 306 - ____ , it's been some (as they say on the streets) jive-time hustle.  This time, upon picking up, I got about 15 seconds of "dead air", followed by a robotic voice saying "Goodbye", then a hang up.  ???
Obviously not a "legitimate" call, but just another time-waster.
