OH LOOK A NEW SCAM NUMBER AND I'M THE FIRST TO POST!  "Recorded message was received with automated woman's voice about IRS bringing charges against me for tax fraud.The return number in message was (408) 819-9455."  Just remember that the "IRS" or any other "federal" government will not call you out of the blue like this.  They do send notices in the mail.  Also when you are asked to "return" their "call" on a different number that right there should tell you it's a scam.
