Caller ID indicated "NRC".  I'm surprised that they actually identified themselves.  Their problem is that I never answer any call that isn't a friend or a family member.  And, until they start promoting decent candidates, they're SOL.  Call was received on 9/27/14 at 1:52PM, EDT.
