Don't know anyone in Silver Springs MD so just let the call ring off the hook and then blocked the number.

Wife picked up phone. Said was with US Gov't. She could not understand the person and call was very noisy.

Scam IRS fake caller. Caller with heavy accent said name was Kevin Mason.  Looked up and  we'll known for using multiple phone numbers.
