They keep calling my and my husband's cell # - no messages left, and when I tried it back to gripe them out it came up as out of service.

They keep calling me, and leaving a 3 second message without saying anything.

It is a dept consolidating service? Says it is free, but I have no unmanagable dept, and certainly not more thean 10,000 dollars... so not sure how they got my number?
