I can bet that if I see Maryland's area code and the number is unsolicited and unknown, that I'll be the first to report it.  Got a call, from this number, on 3/30/15 at 4:23PM, EDT.  CID was Out of Area. Didn't answer, no message left, don't know them, don't care to talk to them!

Got a call from this number today. No message. Don't know who it is.

Missed call

Caller ID:  Unknown Name.  Doesn't leave a message.  whitepages.com has a few complaints posted.  No messages are left.  A MCI Metro ATS subscriber of phone services in Brandywine, MD

I have signed up to be placed on the "Do Not Call Registry" twice, and each time, I seem to start getting
unwanted calls.  What is with this madness?  I am not the only one aware of being on the list, so why allow
the calls to go through?  Get it worked out by doing your jobs!!

Thank you.
