They left a message saying that "they" were going to arrest me. Heaven help the poor people that fall for this stuff. Thanks telecommunications companies, for letting this happen. It's a toss-up as to which to hate the most. The people that do this or the companies that allow it to happen and profit from it.

It is the IRS scam call saying you will be arrested if you don't call them back and pay them.  Why is scam not one of the choices on here for call type.

yup received a similar message.  People caught doing this should receive serious jail-time: 3-5 years for attempted grand theft.  Grand Jury BS and call back or else bad things will happen was the theme of the call.
