I received a call from this number regarding lowering my interest rates on my present credit cards.  The call started as a pre-recorded message.  When I was connected to a person, I asked to please be removed from their mailing list.  The man on the other end was definitely no Gentleman.  Called me a [***] and hung up.  When I tried to call back the message said the message box was full and could not leave a message.  The number may belong to a Mike Rogers according to the mail box.
