He's trying to get your email address/contact info - don't fall for it. Possibly intentionally poorly-spoken to trick you into giving out your email address so you don't have to hear his awful voice.
Heavily-accented person, possibly from India; I understood less than half of what he said. He wanted to confirm who I was, my name and job title and kept saying he was from [garbled]IBM[garbled]. He wanted to read an email to me over the phone. I told him there was a language barrier and I couldn't understand him. He assured me he'd speak slowly. Horrified at the notion of listening to his horrible voice speak slower - and absolutely certain this was fraudulent - I disconnected the call.
