Picked up to mess with them. I was caller number 8 on hold for my special reward.  Robomessage said it was my last chance even though I've never received a call from this number before.
After 15 minutes I was next in line. Then they said due to overwhelming response to their offer I would have to leave my name and number and they would call back.
Data mining operaration which weeds out those not interested and gives them a list of names and numbers of people more likely to fall for their scam.
