These a$$ holes are using FAKE phone number prefixes to scam. No Maryland numbers start with 019 prefix. It is probably a scam company that wants donations or clothes.

Called yesterday and today.  I didn't answer.  No message.  Most likely a scam as the prefix doesn't exist in MD.

Called on 3/29/16 - I didn't answer. Blocked. As others have said, there is no such prefix in MD.

This is not the only call from a 301 area code with a fake prefix I have received in the last few weeks.
