When I answer, they hang up.

They called on a local Alabama state number and said they were ATT and said our company phone bill has been reduced. Hmmmmm (thinking Ok here comes sales pitch). He put me on hold to pull a Call Reference number and transferred me off to a lady without telling me who said I had to answer questions to verify my name and title and she would push the buttons when the questions were asked. I hung up!  If you are ATT then lower my bill. You know who I am.

very rude when you ask them to stop calling, said I was not using the proper verbage when I asked him to remove our phone number from his calling list.
They call multiple times throughout the day and won't take no for an answer.

Called on my landline, "small business overlooked for reduced bill". Claimed they were ATT. Verified only one line and internet, transferred without explaining, he spoke said he needed to switch to another computer, and would call me back. Suspicious and Suspect. Think they called repeatedly a few months ago, but would hangup. I answered because many customers have out of area numbers.

Lady claimed to be with at&t, which I figured she wasn't, and said there was an important issue about my bill. I told her I just paid it and what is the problem?? She said there was no problem, she just wanted to lower my bill. I told her it was too low already, which confused her and she just started rambling so I hung up and blocked the number.
