No message left, when I returned call I got 3 beeps as if it was blocking incoming calls or its not an active number. Number blocked.

A heavily accented voice indicated my computer was generating a repeating signal to Microsoft servers and they are contracted by MS to contact customers using MS operating systems. I asked which computer this was coming from and asked for me to give him the IP address and they would be able to tell me. This is the only time MS has ever reached out to me and I obviously was very suspicious of the call and the rationale. I guess I kept him on the line with too many questions and he released the call. I would say this is a scam.

just got a call from this company. caller had a thick indian accent saying he was from microsoft and that were was a problem with my computer. i believe he was trying to gain remote access to my computer. i asked to speak to his supervisor and he handed the phone over to another thick indian accent guy. it made me very uncomfortable and i hung up on them. total scammers

Indian dude called saying he was from Microsoft technical support.  He hung up on me after the 2nd question after he could figure out I wasn't having it today.  I love these guys.  They and their Indian brothers have called me on 4 different numbers this week.

Someone from India claiming to be a Microsoft technician.  These people should be arrested.  Also, under call type there really should be an option to select SCAM!  Because that is what this caller is.
