I have no idea who these people are and what they want. I just received a call from this number and
it just rang but left no message. There ought to be a law against robocalls, with Unknown, out of area, private, and all the other non informational calls that 1000 of people receive. If you are unknown, private, you will still be that if you are expecting people to answer. I don't but I am tired of my phone being used for that purpose.

Just received a call from this number, it ought to be a law against any one calling with an 'Unknow, Out of Area,  and all the other  that are used. Seriously,  do you really think you will get answered with this type of "non" information?

They call my cell phone looking for someone else. I informed them that the person they were looking had no association with my number. The woman then gave me a hard time that I was not who I said I was.
