Has called me 4 times in the last 5 hours. Left a 5 second message of dead air each time.

2819737592    has called me every day for almost month if you do answer it there dead air or voice machine puts you on hold so if you reject the call like block it comes in as diff number same thing just wish they leave my cell phnone alone like geeze no name no message nothing to know who or what they are for ic till collect how did they get unlisted number in first place

Calls often but every time I answer its dead air. When I don't answer no voicemail is left. I called the number and I was transferred to an Alex Rios's voicemail

Bill collector for horridly stale debts (as in the last pay on that debt was 9 years ago).  They like to argue when you tell them to cease and desist calling you.  Its the same boobs from 888-959-8878.  This time he says his name is Alex Rios, last time it was Bob Lee.  Just filed complaints with FTC for FCRA failing to cease and desist on calls and FCC for the dead air robocalls
