This number keeps calling me.  If they can't be bothered allowing Caller ID to say who they are, then I can't be bothered picking up the phone.

I *suspect* it's one of the bazillion numbers used by that for-mega-profit group that passes itself off as the Fraternal Order of Police (but according to internet research, isn't, and ONLY remains legal because they give something like 4%-5% of the money they get to the REAL FOP).
