Text the word STOP back to the number. The SMS system will detect it and remove you from there list and that will stop all further text messages.

I got a text this morning from this number saying they were the best computer/IT services and will come to my house to fix for a flat rate. Not sure who really it is but not happy that they are texting me.

I received the same thing and called the number back, when a man named Anthony answered I asked how he got my number and he hung up on ME! He wouldn't answer my calls after that.
