Who the hell is calling from this number and not saying anything??

Receiving a minimum of 2 calls per day from this number.  They end the call upon answer.  Very frustrating.

didn't answer and left no answer.

Didn't recognize number, didn't answer. No message left. Number is now blocked.

my cell got a call from 281-942-7206. I didnt recognize the number so I let it go to voicemail. No message was left.

I used a landline to use *67 Number Blocking to call this numberback. I got a fast busy tone which means its a disconnected number. Only criminal gangs have the ability to spoof numbers which means they were claling to see if a) a live human was stupid enough to answer and then b) they'd try to use whatever Scam Du Jour they were running that day and c) then sell my number to other criminal gangs.
