Who is using this number?

Recorded message - offering some type of service. Recording starts with, "we will also provide you with a free dryer vent cleaning service".  They have called before.

I didn't answer but as soon as I heard the "we will also provide you with a free dryer vent cleaning" I cut them off and blocked the number. CID said out of area.

This was a brand new #. I have come to understand that new numbers with caller ID/s that don't really identify the caller are bogus. I blocked and then came here. Thank you people! This will be the end of THEM.
