answered this call and no one was there.  called back and said the number is no longer in service

If you answer, you get a recorded message regarding "your credit card."  If claims nothing is wrong but they want you to call a number for information about lowering your interest rate

I got called from 218-932-3936 at 10:15 am today and it wasn't in my contact list on my phone so it was blocked and then I put it on my black list that make sure the number won't call or message me again unless I take it off.
