Claims to be fundraising for TX state troopers

Called around 4:30pm, and they didn't leave a message. I get a lot of 281 spam calls, so I'm assuming this is another one.

Called my mobile number which is listed on the Do Not Call List. They did not leave a message. When calling back with CallerID blocked, the message states I must call from the number I was originally contacted on. No name, no description of who they are. But all the evidence adds up to illegal SCAMMER. The guy with the glasses in this video is a scammer, the other a scammer scanner. https://youtu.be/B_Lnz64vXB8

Called my mobile number ~ didn't recognize so didn't answer and blocked the number. I block anywhere from 3-5 numbers a day! It's exhausting!! No message is ever left so must not be too important.
