seems like a collection agency to me, i got a call from the same number and the only people i owe are capital one so it might be them after all.

Number for United Recovery Systems. Didn't leave message. So I guess if they want an answer they will have to leave a message. LOL Couldn't find anything on this number so figured I'd start a listing in case someone else is wondering who the number belongs to.

Plus I got Vontage a few months ago they said they would take these calls OFF my number, they did for ONE MONTH now they have started again!
Guess Vontage sells the number as soon as you get one! Then they told me it takes ONE MONTH to get your number OFF a calling list!
