Received a phone call from this number. No message left.

Scam phone call from this number stating IRS are going to sue me and  am to call the number back.

This number has called the last two days. The computer (female voice) message they leave is cut off in the beginning so the only thing I can hear is "... file. Please call us back at our department..." then gives the phone number. Not calling back. SCAM!

I have been receiving the alleged "IRS" call on my office number 3 times a day for about a week. I have called the number, and a foreign sounding individual with a lot of background "call center" type noise in the background. One individual answered and claimed to be a IRS agent. I would not give them my name and I said you called me. The first time they asked if I was Joan Marshal and I said no and to remove the number. Another call I followed the same scenario and then they asked if I was Charles Nelson. I am very frustrated that these calls continue. what can a person do to get them to quit calling?

Call blocker might be of some help.  Also don't pick up on numbers you do not recognize, or where there are caller IDs that seem odd.  Or where there is no caller ID.  There’s  no way to stop the calls from being initiated. Calls originate in India and Pakistan. They spoof local numbers.
