got a text from 281-849-4236 indicating I had already won a $1000 target gift cart.  This is not true - when you click on the provided link it will ask for some personal information and then inform you of the requirments to get the gift card.  Here is the website of the text originator with the detailed requirements to get the card.  http://target.giftawardcenter.com/p1.   From the fine print at the website:   "4) Eligible members can receive the incentive gift package by completing two reward offers from each of the Silver and Gold reward offer page options and nine reward offers from the Platinum reward offer page options and refer 3 friends to do the same. Various types of reward offers are available. Completion of reward offers most often requires a purchase or filing a credit application and being accepted for a financial product such as a credit card or consumer loan"  So - you can get the card but it sounds like you have to spend some serious money first and give 3 of your friends contact info to the telemarketer.  I did not sign up.
