Caller "Allan" claimed to be calling from Windows reporting that my computer had been a victim of a computer hacker. Requested I turn on  my computer and he would walk me through repairing the computer to avoid any damage.

I got panicked into buying their service program which enables them to use remote operator software to take over your PC. Also bait and switch for anti hacking software

I got a call at 5:30 a.m., saying my computer was a victim of someone trying to hak my computer.  To turn on my computer and he will help me go through the steps to fix it, it will only take 10 min.
