The number is from "Satsuma," Texas, with a zip code of 77064. This zip code covers a square of an area (probably about 20-25 miles in diameter, with a center generally located very close to the mid-point on the north part of Loop 610 in Houston, almost at the northwest corner of the loop (more specifically between where Hwy. 249 and Hwy. 290 head northwest off of the north part of the loop). I happen to know just where this is, as I lived in the Houston area for four (4) years when I attended law school after graduating from college with a BBA. If the Texas Highway Patrol is making these calls, you can bet that they are being made through some type of call center network, which is very irritating when the calls are continually placed to numbers after hours, but they hang up after ringing one time. If I can track down the source of these calls, I will post what I can find out to anybody who will isten.
