I also did not pick up. I know no one in Houston. I am assuming it is a scammer but would like to hear from others who might know the caller's identity. Thanks.

Same, got 2 calls from them 10/8/2016- scam of some sort

Call came in from this number just now. I did not pick up. Looks like a new number for spammers.

My wife received two calls from this number on her iPhone about an hour apart. Blocked the number on her iPhone.
