Got a call from this number @ -rang tw-three times, but disconnected before my voice mail kicked it so ther would be no message waiting indicator on the machine. Will investigate the caller & come back w/ the info.

Just got a call from this number and it said Operation Look Out,  we did not answer and they left no message,  just another scam wanting money from us poor folks.
