Caller acts as if this is a friendly call.  Says HI (my first name), this is Noah and I'm calling you from my home here in Houston. I have a question for you and need you to call me back. I'll leave you my number:  1-281-751-8552.  Then he repeats the number. I don't know anyone in Houston - not Noah or anyone else.  Anyone have any information on this number?

No indication of what the call was about. Typed the number
into google and landed on this site.
