They continuously call me also saying I or my attorney needs to call him back asap. I have received a message from Alex Young and an Eric, even though they sound exactly the same. And yes, they are Indian, I believe. They are also very rude! He said "Good luck in your future life if you do not call back TODAY."

this number keeps calling me and harassing me about a payday loan that I never got , they are very rude the guy on the line told me that if I don't return the call I will be arrested he sounds indian at this point I have made 3 complaints but this guy keeps harassing me

The guy that keeps calling my cell number and my work number everyday talking about a payday loan that I never got and said that the sheriff would be coming to my job...I am sick and tired of these people calling me.  One day he called and said his name was Kevin and next day he said his name was Alex Young.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

OMG...I got the same call from Alex Young yesterday at work..and I've seen the phone number come up on my cell phone and I never answer. Thank you all so much...I was about to call him to see what the hell he was talking about...!!! I WILL NOT be calling Alex Young...

thank god this person just called my phone and i'm  like I never took out a loan..but  I applied for it.. they just called my work phone I actuall y got a little scared.. but they was asking to speak to me but I said it wasn't me.. and they just hung up. they are very rude!
