It is an energy company claiming to not be a telemarketer but Chad (name he gave me) ends up telling me he will remove me from a list since I told him that I don't own a home.

Caller ID: Texas Caller - 281-661-4192

So solar energy company calling about saving energy bill.
Asks about highest summer bill and highest winter bill amounts.
Asks if I own my home - I said yes

Asks if I plan on selling in in the next year - So I said yes, in six months.
They said thanks and hung up.

So now I hope they dropped me from the calling list, since I don't meet their qualifications.

I would urge you to do the same, tell them your house is up for sale!
