Your right they called me asking for my name I have on Facebook. I never use both my last names for any of my accounts. They asked for me married last name and Madden name together.

Paying the credit card collection company does nothing to improve your credit. The loan yoy iwed was sold to the collection company. They threaten you because they get 35 percent of every dime they can collect from you. They will make it sound like a great deal to you when in reality its not!

I have filed a USDC complaint in Lubbock, TX against Universal Fidelity. Numerous violations of FDCPA.
Recorded calls, ignore 4 debt validation letters and called at 9:02 pm on one occasion. I am looking for an attorney interested in such a lawsuit.
