I returned the missed call, and he asked if I was a homeowner. I replied yes, and he said something about solar panels. My reply to that was "oh, you're selling something! Nevermind, I thought I was returning an important call." He seemed annoyed by that and said that "well, I'm not selling anything, but if you're not interested I can have you taken off the list."
