Caller ID said unkown caller.  She said she was from the children's cancer society with a courtesy call for my wife.  I told her I was her husband and asked for further details.    She was extremely rude, refused to answer my questions and said she'd call back.  I told her to take me off the list and don't bother.  She hung up.  My wife said she never spoke to this "outfit" before.
