Answered the call but no one was there

Same thing just happened to me

I have received several calls from this number which is on my cell phone.  I never answer as I do not recognize the number.  Today, I've received two calls within 2 hours of each call and no voicemail is left.  Whom should we contact to prevent these calls continuing to our businesses and personal phones?  It definitely is harrassment!

Called my cell.  I don't pick up unknown numbers.  Rejected call.

Just got the call at 2:57 Texas time 3/28/17, not answering!
