Someone called from this number and identified themself as a retained attorney for a case that is in arbitration.  They also contacted past in laws.

It's *probably* a debt collector. I get a lot of calls from them looking for the last person that had my number. They changed the first name, though.

I received a message from this number. They claim to be a lawyer and I have cases in arbitration they knew the last four of my social number but for some reason wanted the first three for confirmation. HELL no I'm not giving that information. Supposedly I have four warrants for me now cause I won't give my SS number to them. I'll believe that when cops knock no my door.

Don't give your social security number to anyone who calls.

Did not answer this call. Checked first. Blocking them. Anyone calling me telling there is warrant, i applied for education, I need to solidate my debts, or whatever: I have NO debt,s education long done, NO tickets, no warrants. But I can imagine somebody can get real scared if they do have outstanding tickets etc. And THAT is the trap they want people to walk into  suppose...
