Exactly the same ... he said he is Bell Tech Support located in BC, he has East Indian accent/Pakistani. And he said I have to look at my computer maybe I have a problem... I hang up. Scam...

This number has called me at least 6 times over the past several weeks. I never answer it, but the caller ID does show the same as you mentioned. OP01 TECH

received a call from this number 2x in a row, I did not answer either time because I don't answer calls I do not know.  no VM left either.  I am sure it was a scam call ..

Did not answer. I don't answer to phone numbers that are unfamiliar. There was no message.

My father just got this call but the caller hung up as he answered the phone.  I called it back on a different phone and got wierd music and eventually a recording telling me their operators were busy and to leave a message.  I left no message, not wanting them to get any information from me or about my father's number.  Second call on my phone to them I got a recording telling me I could be put on their do not call list. But it was the wrong phone anyway, since his phone was called.
