Caller says that i owe a debt that he want give me any information on says that he's going the report me to Centrex and that i wont be able to write checks and that it will go against my drivers Lic. He also told me that he has a case number on me and gave me a deadling to call by 3:00PM today or else with or without my permission that he would take care of this matter.

just slam the phone in the faces...if you do owe a debt then just call that company and make arrangements....do not these with the low lifes who call and harass people for money...its a business

I recieved a call from a Toni Price saying that she would have a warrant out for my arrest if I didn't pay in full a past payday loan. That there would be a misdemeanor on my record for fraud and theft since my checking account got closed. Can someone help me on this?

They can't do anything to  you and they also have to send to you in writing what you owe and the company that they are collection for before anything can be done giving you a chance to make things right. They are full of it.
