Got this call 7/12/2016 @ 2:04 PM sent it to voice mail immediately, no message now it's blocked.

I am also on the DNC but that is a big joke because scammers or unknowns don t care.  I never answer calls that don't have a name or number I recognize but it is still very annoying to have to put up with.  I get numerous calls of this nature.  Deadbeats in my book.

this Spark Window Cleaner cleaned my windows for 200.00, half hr work, easy money. But they broke my screen door, I reported it, they said
would fix it but never did. Since then they called and called, wanted somemore business from me, clean my window. I told them I wouldn't use them again. But they called and called every few days. DO NOT USE SPARK WINDOW CLEANING. I had enough their phone calls

CID said "unassigned" which was a big hint that this wasn't a legitimate call The left no message. If they call again I will block.

Sparx home service window cleaning solicitation They ignore both the federal dnc list, the state dnc list and amazingly enough their own "if you wish to be placed on our dnc list" option.
Speaks volumes about their company
